#11 - This hover effect is a bit overboard

It’s no secret that I love hover effects. In fact, I used to choose WordPress themes based on their button hover effects lol.

I recently found a hover effect that might just be a bit too “extra” though.

Yes, it’s certainly unique - but 1) it takes too long, and 2) it looks like the site is malfunctioning (especially to a non-designer).
